MAKING A PURCHASE
When making a purchase, simply browse through our website or search for exactly what you want using the search bar until you find what you need. Then simply ‘add to basket’, when you have finished shopping simply press ‘check out’. You will be able to edit your basket, cancelling or adding items, at any time up until when you enter your payment details.
PAYMENT AND CURRENCIES
Our prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. If you shop from outside the UK, prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience and your card provider may apply its own exchange rate. We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout, all processed securely through our payment providers. Payment is taken when you place your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At our discretion certain international orders may be sent using DHL instead of Royal Mail to improve the security and tracking of your parcel.
TAX CHARGES
Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
If you have entered your payment details and checked out, your package should be being processed. However there are a few cases where we cannot complete your order. This will only occur if the product you have ordered is now out of stock; if your payment was unauthorised; in the instance of a pricing or product description error; or if you fail to meet the eligibility order criteria set out by these terms and conditions.
