EXTRA 10% OFF ON FIRST ORDER
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items for a refund, exchange or credit note. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
1. Email us at jnukdev@gmail.com with your order number (e.g. #1234), the email address used on the order, the items you are returning and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note.
2. We will reply with a prepaid Royal Mail return label. A £1.99 label fee applies and is deducted from your refund (or paid when you request an exchange or credit note).
3. Pack the items securely with your delivery note inside, attach the label and keep your proof of postage.
Your options:
• Refund – the amount you paid for the item after any discount, less the £1.99 label fee.
• Exchange – we will cover postage for sending the replacement size.
• Credit note – receive an extra 10% of the returned item value to spend on a future order.
Prefer to return it your own way, or returning from outside the UK? Send the items with a tracked service to the address below. You pay the cost of return postage and should keep your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and free of perfume, make-up or smoke.
• Items should have their tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
• Shoes should only have been tried on indoors.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of face masks, pierced jewellery, opened cosmetics or perfume, or underwear, swimwear and lingerie where the hygiene seal has been removed, unless the item is faulty.
For 'buy one, get one free' orders, please return both items to receive a refund for the paid item.
We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling an item more than is necessary to check it.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email, and it may take 3–5 working days for the money to show in your account.
If you cancel your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the cost of our standard delivery. Any extra you paid for Express or international delivery above our standard option is not refundable.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, email us at jnukdev@gmail.com with your order number and photos. You are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs, if you tell us within 30 days of delivery, and we will pay for the return. After 30 days you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
