What are the delivery charges?
How long will delivery take?
Depending on service selected:
*please note all orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day, any orders received after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
Where is my return ?
Please email [email protected] with your name and order number and we can try track your return.
Have you received my return ?
If you have returned the parcel via a trackable service, we recommended tracking the parcel to see if it has been delivered before contacting us. If the parcel is showing as delivered, kindly allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your return.
Can i exchange an item ?
Sure, please see our returns page for instructions.
Can i amend my order ?
You can only exchange an item once you have received it, you will need to send the item back to us, please follow the instructions on our returns page.
Do i need to sign for my delivery ?
Yes depending on service selected, you will be required to sign for delivery.
Will i be charged customs and import duties ?
Not for deliveries in the UK, however, International deliveries may incur customs fees but you will need to confirm with your courier.
Can i use more than one discount code on my order ?
Unfortunately no, we only allow one discount/promo code per order.
Why won’t my discount code work ?
Depending on the code/promo some codes will not work for shoes & accessories. Also some codes expire so you may be outside the use by date.

We Accept ALL major Credit Cards via Paypal and the following Currencies GBP, USD and EUR.
What are the delivery times during the Christmas period ?
Although JanisRamone will try it's up most to have every order dispatched on time however during the Christmas period the couriers do fall a day behind with delivery times, so please order bear this in mind when selecting your delivery method.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing your order, an email will be sent with your order details (please check your spam/junk folder). You will then receive another email confirming the item has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
I never received an email confirming my Order?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes an Invoice/Packing Slip will always be included in the parcel.
I am yet to receive my order?
If your item has been dispatched and the selected delivery time has passed, please email us on [email protected] .
We will get in touch with the couriers and inform you on the whereabouts of your order.
If for some reason our courier has lost the item, we will post a free replacement item.
What if it does not fit?
We will gladly exchange or refund any order within 21 days of receipt, provided the item is returned does not breach our return policy.
